Check In is from 4:00pm – 8:30pm.
If your room is ready before 4pm, we’ll send a text message to let you know.
If you require a later check-in, please get in contact and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Check Out is 10:30am.
We do ask that you please open the windows on departure (weather permitting).
No Smoking
We do ask that you please do not smoke in the farmhouse, thank you.
Pet Free
Sorry but we do not accommodate pets in the farmhouse.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 3 day(s) before 20:30 on the day of check in will incur a charge of the first night’s stay (the non-refundable deposit).
Bookings cancelled less than 3 day(s) before 20:30 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 70% of the booking total.
If you cancel your booking after the cancellation deadline you will be charged the full value of the late cancellation fee as specified above, including any booking extras you have selected for the duration of your stay.
If you do not arrive on the anticipated date of check-in stipulated on your confirmation, we are in our right to consider that you have cancelled the entire booking and we shall not be under any obligation to hold the accommodation for you on any other date.
All guests should take out appropriate insurance to cover cancellation, illness or other unforeseen factors. We will be happy to assist in your claim by providing any information deemed necessary by the insurance company.
